About Tom
Tom Holliday is a Trainee Solicitor at Simons Muirhead Burton, currently undertaking his second seat in the Dispute Resolution department, where he assists on cases involving financial proceedings arising from divorce, children matters, and prenuptial agreements. He read English Literature at the University of Bristol and completed an MA Law (Conversion) at the University of Law before passing SQE 1 and SQE 2 in 2024, joining SMB in October 2025. Alongside his studies, Tom volunteered at a housing law initiative, assisting individuals facing unlawful eviction and disrepair.
