About Tom
Tom is an associate in the Oxford family team advising on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial disputes, children matters, cohabitation, Family Law Act matters, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He has particular experience in complex high net worth financial remedy cases involving business and international assets, crypto-assets, conduct issues and enforcement of financial orders, as well as children matters with elements of domestic abuse, international child abduction and relocation. A law and business graduate of the University of Warwick, Tom previously worked as a criminal disclosure paralegal at the Serious Fraud Office and as a document review paralegal on a Cabinet Office public inquiry. He is a member of Resolution.
