About Victoria
Victoria Maxwell is a Senior Associate Solicitor and Collaborative Lawyer at Edward Cooke Family Law in the Chilgrove office, having joined in May 2023 after over 10 years of family law experience in London firms, qualifying in 2018. She practises across all areas of family law including finances on divorce and private children matters, and has developed a particular specialism in international surrogacy. Victoria was named as a Legal 500 Rising Star in 2022 and 2023 at her previous firms, graduated from the University of the West of England with a First Class LLB, and completed her LPC at the College of Law Guildford with a commendation.
