Wayne Lynn is a Partner in the Family team at Irwin Mitchell LLP, based in Newcastle with over 30 years’ experience in all areas of family law and currently leading the firm’s North East family law team. He specialises in representing clients with complex and high-value financial arrangements on divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements and internal and international relocation, acting for business owners, entrepreneurs, sportspersons and those from rural and farming communities. Wayne was lead solicitor in the reported case of KSO v MJO and Anor [2009] Fam Law 1024.
